About the role;
● 730am start at Berrimah- All tools and vehicle for the work day are supplied
● Residential and commercial building maintenance & repairs- our customers are home owners, rental properties, office buildings
● We use an app based job management system accessible from your phone
● Types of work we undertake include;
● Door replacements including painting
● General carpentry- skirting replacement, decking repairs
● Plastering and plastering repair work
● Cabinetry repairs and replacement
● Door lock installations
● Sliding Door and window repairs
● Small tiling jobs & repairs
● We undertake a wide variety of small property repairs and maintenance

Do you have the qualities and experience we are looking for?
● Carpentry or property maintenance skills and industry experience required
● Proven ability to manage and complete jobs in a set time frame with limited supervision
● Excellent communication skills
● Valuable personal presentation
● Can do attitude
● An ability to work with limited supervision as part of a small team.
You will be required to:
● Show evidence of a current valid Australian driver's licence
● Obtain a Working with Children card and undertake a Police Check
● Show evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia
