With a new subdivision project now underway close to Darwin city, opportunities are available for experienced Roller Operators ready for steady, ongoing local work with respected NT civil contractors.

Our client has long-established organisations with strong footprints across civil construction, subdivisions, transport, major projects, sand plants and quarry operations throughout Northern Australia. About the Roles

We are seeking skilled Roller Operators for multiple roles on a new subdivision project close to Darwin city. These roles will involve roller operation as well as assisting with general civil labouring duties as required.

What’s on offer:

- Consistent local work close to Darwin city – home every night
- Long‑term opportunities for the right operators
- Roster is Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday work in peak periods
- Hours of work are 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Work across subdivision and civil project environments, including hands-on labouring support when required

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven experience operating rollers in civil construction or subdivision environments
- Current driver’s licence preferred
- Roller Ticket / RII
- White Card
- Willingness to assist with civil labouring duties when required
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
