What You’ll Do

- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes with flair and creativity
- Take charge of your kitchen section while supporting smooth service flow
- Maintain top‑notch hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards

- Learn, grow, and sharpen culinary skills in a supportive, dynamic setting

What We’re Looking For

- A passion for food and a drive to grow your culinary career
- Flexibility for mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) required for Demi Chefs & Chef de Partie
- Professional kitchen experience required for Demi Chefs & Chef de Partie
- Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
