We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium industrial assets across Brisbane's south‑west suburbs.

Working across a multi‑site portfolio, you'll partner with a globally recognised real estate investor while collaborating with an experienced team of property and facilities professionals. A snapshot of your day

- Managing essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors
- Driving contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio
- Conducting regular property inspections and proactively identifying improvement opportunities




- Managing operating expenditure budgets and delivering cost‑effective maintenance outcomes
- Coordinating reactive maintenance and minor works projects

What you'll bring

- Experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Property Operations
- A solid understanding of industrial building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic and essential services
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing multiple sites and competing priorities
- Experience with Yardi, Rapid Global or similar FM platforms (preferred)
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
