The opportunity

We're looking for experienced 12D Utilities Modellers to join our growing team and support the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Sydney. You'll develop and coordinate utility models that support multidisciplinary design teams, enabling the delivery of high-quality utilities design solutions across major infrastructure projects.

This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a team-oriented consulting environment where quality, innovation and continuous improvement are valued.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and managing utility models using 12D Model.
- Producing coordinated utility designs and models from survey,



BYDA and CAD data.
- Preparing utility coordination plans and design documentation using 12D and AutoCAD.
- Maintaining utility clash registers, design registers and design quality standards.

About you

You'll enjoy solving complex design challenges, take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary project environments. Ideally, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience developing coordinated utility designs and models using 12D Model.
- Experience producing coordinated utility models from survey, BYDA and CAD data.
- The ability to interpret survey information, existing services records and project documentation.
- Previous experience delivering major infrastructure projects, ideally within Australian authority environments.
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro and spatial data management will be highly regarded.
