Rotate through three teams, for 4 months per rotation
Permanent placement upon successful completion A starting salary of $81,396 plus 15.4% superannuation The program Our redesigned Graduate Program is a 12-month, structured pathway designed to build the skills ASIC needs for the future, while helping you grow into a confident, capable professional. To better align your skills with meaningful work, our program offers defined streams: Our Legal stream is for graduates who have recently completed their Law degree and want to pursue a legal career in a regulatory and enforcement environment. Our Regulation and Enforcement stream is for graduates from a wide range of disciplines, who want to work on identifying, assessing and responding to misconduct and regulatory risk.
Our Data and Technology stream is for graduates with technical or data backgrounds who want to use data, systems and emerging technology to support regulatory decision making.
Our Professional
Services stream offers opportunities in specialist areas such as Human Resources, Finance and Communications that support ASIC's people,

During The Program You Will
Gain exposure to different teams, projects and perspectives Work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to helping you develop your knowledge and skills. Build both technical capability and core professional skills Receive support to continue your professional development through financial assistance and additional study leave After successfully completing the program, you'll transition into a permanent role at ASIC.
About You
We're looking for Graduates who enjoy solving complex problems, thinking critically and bringing different ideas together to form clear, practical insights. You can communicate confidently and adapt your style to different audiences. You're interested in how data, technology and regulation intersect, and you're comfortable working in an workplace where things are evolving.
You take a broader view, taking the time to understand the bigger picture. You're adaptable, resilient and keen to contribute to meaningful work that makes a difference to Australians.
You'll also need to have completed a relevant undergraduate degree or Juris Doctor from 2024, 2025 or 2026.
