Join the Junya's group team as a Structural Landscaper based in Springfield, Queensland. This full time role is responsible for constructing high-quality landscapes, As a key member of our talented landscaping crew, you will use your expertise in structural landscaping to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
What you'll be doing
1. Building a variety of landscape structures such as retaining walls and fences to complete full home landscape packages
2. Selecting and sourcing appropriate materials and equipment for each project
3. Liaising with clients/builders to understand their requirements and preferences
4. Supervising and coordinating the work of other landscaping crew members
5. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each project
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualifications in Landscape Construction or a related field
2. Have existing experience driving excavators and kangas/dingo
3.
Minimum 2 years' experience in structural landscaping or a similar role
4. Excellent knowledge of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and material selection
5. Strong project management and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
7. Proficient in the use of relevant landscaping tools and equipment
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills
9. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
