What you'll be working on

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you'll support the management of customer accounts and receivables processes, including:

- Processing invoices, receipts and account allocations
- Managing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Supporting collections activities and responding to enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting




- Assisting with month-end activities and process improvements
- Building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business

What type of person will be successful

You'll enjoy a role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service are equally important.

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Officer, Credit Officer or similar role

- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative approach
- Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or improving processes will be highly regarded.
