Your role
The Housing Assistant position is an entry level position where you will directly support the client service delivery team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support through managing a range of administrative and client service functions.
Your day will be busy responding to over the counter and telephone enquiries, providing information to clients as well as referring client enquiries and information onto client service staff.

What You’ll Do
- Provide a range of routine administrative activities to contribute to the effective and effective operation of the team/unit that support the delivery of services to DCJ clients/customers.
- Manage over the counter and telephone enquiries, providing accurate information and referring matters to client service staff as required to ensure timely and effective assistance.
- Process business information and maintain accurate records, systems and documentation in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Use relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and team leaders.
