About the Role

As an After-Hours Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in supporting residents, guiding care staff, and maintaining a positive and team-oriented workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
- Leading and supervising nursing and care staff
- Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans
- Ensuring safe and accurate medication administration
- Providing effective communication and support to residents’ families and representatives
- Responding to emergencies and managing critical incidents professionally and calmly
- Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and organisational policies

What we’re looking for

- Current AHPRA registration




- Bachelor of Nursing (or higher qualification)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
- Grade 5 Registered Nurse
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated experience using ANNAC
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High-level documentation skills in care planning and evaluation
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
