About the Role

We're looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to join our Technology & Digital team in a newly created role that will redefine how AI and automation are used across Coco Republic. Reporting to our Chief Technology & Digital Officer, you'll work closely with teams across our showrooms, distribution centre and support office to identify opportunities where AI and automation can create real business value. From streamlining processes to building intelligent workflows, you'll take ideas from discovery through to production and see the impact of your work firsthand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving problems, building practical solutions, and staying at the forefront of AI technologies. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, innovate and influence the future of our business. What You'll Do

Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for AI and automation

Design, develop and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the employee and customer experience

Build integrations across our technology ecosystem using Microsoft Power Platform, APIs and modern automation tools

Develop solutions using technologies such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python and JavaScript

Leverage AI platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot to solve real business challenges





Collaborate with internal technology teams and external delivery partners to deliver scalable solutions

Measure and communicate the value of your solutions through efficiency gains, cost savings and business outcomes

Champion the responsible and effective adoption of AI across the organisation while identifying emerging opportunities for innovation Who You Are

Experience building AI, automation or digital solutions within a commercial environment

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio

Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar) and AI-powered applications

Knowledge of APIs, integrations and automation platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft or Workato

Programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript An excellent communicator who can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about using technology to solve real business problems

Experience within retail, ecommerce or supply chain environments will be highly regarded but is not essential Why Join Coco Republic
