AI Solution Development

- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and services
- Integrate machine learning, GenAI, or LLM models into product workflows
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions

Model Integration & Inference

- Serve and consume models through APIs and microservices
- Support model versioning, inference pipelines, and configuration management
- Collaborate with data scientists on model handoff and optimization

Data & Pipeline Engineering

- Work with structured and unstructured data sources
- Validate data quality and support feature pipelines
- Ensure reliable data flow for training and inference

Software Engineering

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Build scalable backend services for AI workloads
- Integrate AI components into existing applications

Testing, Monitoring & Reliability

- Implement automated testing for AI-driven systems
- Monitor performance, latency, drift, and failures
- Ensure AI systems behave reliably and predictably in production

Collaboration & Documentation

- Partner with product, UX, and platform teams
- Document system architecture, APIs, and AI behaviors
- Contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices

Core Skills

- Strong software engineering background
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Experience building and deploying production systems

Programming & Frameworks

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience developing APIs and backend services

AI & GenAI

- Experience integrating AI/ML models or LLMs
- Understanding of embeddings, prompt-based systems, and inference flows




- Familiarity with AI system architecture and lifecycle

Cloud & DevOps

- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker)
- Monitoring and logging of production systems

Technical Skills

- Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#
- AI/ML: Model inference, LLMs, embeddings, basic MLOps
- Backend: REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices
- Testing: Unit, integration, and system testing for AI solutions
- Data: SQL, JSON, data validation basics
- DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker
- Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP
