About the Role: We’re building a pool of AI professionals who can do more than advise and build – we want both. This is for individuals who combine the strategy and client-facing thinking of an AI consultant with the hands-on technical capability of an AI expert/engineer. You’ll be the kind of person who can sit across the table from a business leader, understand what they’re trying to solve and then go build the solution yourself. What You’ll Do:
Work directly with clients/stakeholders to identify where and how AI can solve real business problems
Recommend the right AI approach
Design/build and deploy AI/ML solutions
Integrate AI tools into existing business systems and workflows
Evaluate whether deployed solutions are actually working
Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and translate business goals into technical requirements for more technical teams
Manage your own priorities across multiple projects/clients
Factor in cost, ethics and bias considerations Essential
Proven project experience
Solid grounding in Python and core ML concepts
Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with relevant frameworks/libraries (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
Understanding of engineering, model evaluation and data pipelines
Strong communication skills – able to talk credibly to both executives and engineers
Clear understanding on AI ethics and responsible use
