What You’ll Be Doing

Technicians

● Diagnose, service and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

● Carry out preventative maintenance and fault finding.

● Commission new installations.

● Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally.

Installers

● Install split, ducted and VRF air conditioning systems.

● Work across residential homes, renovations, and light commercial projects.

● Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

● Work closely with our team to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Everyone

● Work alongside a supportive, experienced team.

● Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

● Maintain high safety standards and quality workmanship.

● Continue learning new products, technologies and installation methods.

Essential Requirements

Tradespeople

● Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician or Installer.

● Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence.

● NSW Contractor or Supervisor Licence.

● Current driver’s licence.

● Australian working rights.

Apprentices

● Currently completing your 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship.

● Strong willingness to learn and develop.

● Current driver’s licence (preferred).

● Australian working rights.
