About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our installation team. This is a hands on role working across residential homes, renovations, new builds and light commercial projects throughout Sydney.

You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople installing air conditioning systems while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing ducted, split, multi-head and VRV air conditioning systems
- Reading plans and installing systems to manufacturer specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite
- Providing professional customer service on site





A fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet will be provided.

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience installing air conditioning systems
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Experience installing ducted air conditioning systems
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Pride in producing neat, high quality installations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Current Australian residency with unrestricted working rights

Highly regarded:

- Experience with Daikin and Fujitsu
- White Card
- EWP, Working at Heights or Scissor Lift tickets
