Limitless X is the business execution membership helping Australian business owners in the $500,000 to $10 million range scale with real strategy, real accountability and real results. Fortuna One puts on the biggest business events in the country. Think Qudos Bank Arena. Think Tony Robbins, Steven Bartlett, Kayla Itsines on our stages. Think 15,000 people in a room deciding to change their lives.

Your job is to be the first voice they hear.

Every day, thousands of business owners raise their hand through our marketing and our events. They are curious, they are hungry, and they are one conversation away from taking the next step. You are that conversation. You call them, you connect with them, you understand where their business is stuck, and you book them into the experience that moves them forward.

What you’ll actually do

- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads from our performance marketing and our Fortuna community. No cold lists, no purchased data. These people already know us.
- Sell tickets and book business owners into our one and two day events over the phone
- Follow up leads from Fortuna events, where thousands of attendees are waiting to hear from us
- Track everything in the CRM properly, every time
- Work closely with your sales manager and a small, high-performing team who back each other

Who we’re looking for

You do not need a decade of sales experience. You need drive, coachability and a genuine care factor. If you have done phone sales, setting or high-volume outbound before, brilliant. If you are earlier in your career but you are relentless and you love people, we want to hear from you too.

You will thrive here if you:

- Love the phone. Genuinely. A hundred dials a day energises you rather than drains you
- Listen more than you pitch.

- Take feedback on the chin and apply it the same day
- Move rapid. When a lead comes in, we call within 5 minutes and follow up with a text. Speed to lead is how we win
- Want to earn serious money and are willing to work for it
