About the Role This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning solutions that enhance frontline workforce capability. Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will create engaging training programs, eLearning content, and blended learning experiences that align with operational objectives and best-practice adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop eLearning, facilitator-led, and blended learning solutions
- Conduct learning needs analyses and identify capability gaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into learning outcomes
- Develop learning materials including guides, job aids, and training resources
- Facilitate training sessions,



virtual learning events, and train-the-trainer programs
- Ensure learning products meet quality, governance, and accessibility standards

Skills & Experience

- Experience in learning and development, instructional design, or capability development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning approaches
- Experience conducting learning needs analyses and developing learning solutions
- Proficiency with learning technologies including Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, coaching, and consultation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in an Agile setting

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Experience developing co-designed learning materials and curriculum
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of learning governance, quality assurance, and document control processes
- Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and implementing improvements
- Understanding of or lived experience within the disability sector
- Previous experience in government, public sector, or professional services environments
