We are seeking to fill the role of APS 4– Senior Publishing Officer, Production on an ongoing basis.
This role plans for, delivers and reports on the print production process, coordinating with printers, freight coordinators and other contractors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. This role monitors and reports on stock levels and contributes to financial reporting at the end of each month. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.
The ability to maintain accurate records and transparent tracking systems is essential,
as is confidence working with financial data (in Excel), invoices and purchase orders. Print production is often affected by external factors; the ideal candidate will be able to calmly triage any issues in accordance with procedural guidelines.
