Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deliverables.
- Schedule and participate in project meetings, prepare MoMs and reports.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and compliance requirements.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues and elevate when required.
- Manage procurement‑related coordination and expense monitoring.
- Act as a communication link among teams and stakeholders.
- Support timely delivery and cost‑saving initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Delivery.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Telecom, Networking, and Switching.
- Ability to multitask and maintain documentation accuracy.
Certifications
- ITIL v4
- PMP/Prince 2
- Scrum Master
