We're seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our friendly, modern dental practice in Gledswood Hills, in Sydney's growing south west. This is a part-time opportunity for a minimum of two days per week, with room to grow as the practice expands.

We welcome applications from experienced general dentists, as well as new graduates and ADC candidates who are eager to develop their clinical skills in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality general dental care, including examinations, restorative, and preventive treatment.
- Develop clear treatment plans and communicate options, costs, and aftercare to patients.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
- Uphold infection control standards and comply with AHPRA and Dental Board of Australia requirements.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients and deliver a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and support team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist, or eligibility to register (ADC candidates welcome).
- Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).




- A patient-centred approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development.

Highly Regarded

- Experience or training in orthodontics.
- Experience in general dentistry across a range of procedures.
- Additional qualifications or special clinical interests.
