We are a well-established, high-volume automotive smash repair business located in Sydney’s Inner West, committed to delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Smash Repair Estimator or Insurance Motor Assessor to join our team.

The Role In this role, you will be responsible for:

● Inspecting damaged vehicles and preparing accurate and detailed repair estimates or insurance assessments.

● Liaising with customers, insurers, assessors, and suppliers.

● Preparing repair quotations using industry estimating software such as Ibody Shop & VQS.

● Coordinating repair approvals and managing workflow through the repair process.

● Ordering parts and ensuring timely repair progression.

● Maintaining explicit and professional communication with customers throughout the repair journey.

● Working closely with technicians to ensure accurate repair planning and execution.

What We’re Looking For





● Previous experience as a Smash Repair Estimator or Insurance Motor Assessor (essential).

● Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods.

● Experience using estimating software such as Audatex, ORM, Estimage, or similar.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

● Excellent organisational and time management skills.

● Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

● Current Australian driver’s licence.
