The Role We are currently seeking a Motivated and Passionate Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

- Provide a positive experience for all customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Ability to effectively explain information in relation to services carried out.
- Build and maintain a sound knowledge of products and services.
- Knowledge of Warranty and Recall Processes.
- Work as part of a team to achieve departmental and manufacturer KPI's on a monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Manage and maintain customer details, work orders and follow up functions.
- Work alongside the Management team to meet any Customer Expectations
- Be able to thrive in a busy environment.
- Answer directly to the Service Manager

About You





- Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience and advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and Customer Centric
- Work well in a team environment
- Consultative and inclusive approach to problem solving and solutions
- Superior customer service
- Self-motivated, organised and dedicated
- Hold a current Queensland D/L
- Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn & develop your skills
- Customer Satisfaction Focussed
- Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
