We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and passionate Part-Time Night Baker to join our busy team.

You will be responsible for preparing, shaping, and baking our core range of breads, fresh daily rolls, and flaky pastries to ensure our doors open with top-quality products every morning.

Key Responsibilities

- Baking & Production: Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of fresh breads, rolls, and pastries from scratch.
- Oven Operation: Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and dough development to ensure consistent quality.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product presentation, taste, and texture.
- Kitchen & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, maintain clean workstations, and perform end-of-shift sanitation.
- Stock & Prep: Assist with stock rotation and standard prep for the following shift.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Proven experience working in a commercial bakery setting with demonstrated skill in breads, rolls,



and pastries.
- Night Shift Readiness: Comfort and reliability working overnight shifts (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Location: Must be based in Sydney with reliable transport to make late-night/early-morning shifts effortlessly.
- Work Ethic: Solid attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to work independently or in a small team.
- Certifications: Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Retail Baking) or equivalent hands-on experience, plus a strong understanding of food safety standards.
