Join the team at Restaurant Bay located in the stunning Bellerive Quay located on the eastern shore! We’re looking for an energetic and skilled Barista to help us serve high-quality coffee in a fast-paced, environment.
About the Role:
- 5 shifts per week
- Hours: 7:0 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekend availability essential
- RSA required
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Barista experience, with a strong understanding of coffee-making techniques
✔ Ability to work efficiently and stay focused during busy periods
✔ Bubbly and outgoing personality with a willingness to go the extra mile
✔ Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently as well as within a small, fast-moving team
Your Responsibilities:
- Crafting high-quality espresso-based drinks and other hot beverages
- Serving customers with speed and excellent service
- Handling payments and keeping the ordering process smooth
- Assisting with set up and pack down before and after service
- Staying organised and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: $26.44 – $39.66 per hour
