We are a busy and well-established cafe located in the heart of Bunbury, serving high-quality coffee, fresh food, and exceptional customer service to locals and visitors alike. Our cafe offers a friendly, supportive, and team-oriented workplace where everyone works together to deliver an outstanding customer experience. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our growing team.

Key Duties Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees and other hot and cold beverages. Prepare frappe, iced drinks, milkshakes and smoothies to cafe standards. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards. Operate, clean and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment.

Monitor coffee bean stock, milk, and other supplies, and assist with stock rotation and replenishment. Maintain a clean, organized,



and hygienic work area in accordance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements. Restock display cabinets and ensure the cafe remains clean, tidy, and well presented.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective day-to-day cafe operations. Essential Requirements At least one year of relevant experience as a Barista.

Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Demonstrated ability to prepare espresso-based coffee to a high standard, including milk texturing and latte art. Experience operating commercial coffee machines and grinders.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety practices.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
