What We’re Looking For:

- Proven ability to work autonomously, stay self-motivated, and exceed targets
- Team players who thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment
- Strong experience in face-to-face, in-home selling and closing
- High reliability, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed
- Valid ABN
- Willingness to travel interstate for road trips (8–9 days on / 5–6 days off) – optional
- Based in or able to sell in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern NSW areas
- Enthusiastic, solution-focused sellers with high conversion rates
- 100% commitment to customers, the role, and our company
- Immediate availability – ready to hit the ground running




- Resilience and persistence in following up unsold leads with the same energy as your first pitch

What You Can Expect: ? 30–60% closing ratio

? Commissions starting at $1,000 per system, scaling up to $4,500 based on system size

? Our reps average 5–8 systems sold per week

? Weekly earnings of $7,500 to $15,000 are common for high performers
