Therapist Collective Pty Ltd is seeking motivated registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioners who operate through their own registered Australian company.
Experienced, new and entry-level practitioners are welcome. We are looking for self-starters who are ready to build their caseload, develop professional relationships and grow their own business.

The Prospect
This is a business-to-business independent contractor arrangement.
You will
- operate through your own registered company;
- bring and develop your own clients and referral relationships;
- choose your availability and preferred caseload;
- complete assessments and Positive Behaviour Support Plans;
- train and coach families and support teams;
- collaborate with participants and other professionals; and
- manage your work independently and professionally.
Therapist Collective may offer suitable referrals from time to time, but referrals, hours and income are not guaranteed.
Your company will receive an agreed percentage of the revenue generated from approved services you deliver and document.

About You
You are a proactive self-starter who:
- wants to build and grow your own practice;
- communicates well and develops strong professional relationships;
- produces clear, timely and person-centred documentation;
- values evidence-informed and ethical practice;
- is willing to learn and receive feedback; and
- sees the person before the diagnosis or behaviour.
Essential Requirements
- Your own registered Australian company
- Active company ABN and ACN
- Suitability to practise as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Relevant qualifications and the right to work in Australia
- Ability to meet your company’s tax, insurance and superannuation obligations
New and entry-level practitioners are encouraged to apply.
