You'll work across a diverse range of business functions, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to analyse, map and improve business processes that support governance, assurance, reporting and decision-making. About The Role

You’ll work alongside leaders and stakeholders across the NFAEP to understand how different parts of the organisation operate,



analyse how information flows through the business and identify practical opportunities to improve processes, reporting and decision-making.

Beginning with the team's own governance, reporting and assurance functions, you'll document and refine end-to-end business processes, develop clear supporting documentation and help ensure critical knowledge is captured and shared. You'll then partner with operational and corporate teams across the broader program to understand how their processes contribute to reporting and organisational outcomes. Through stakeholder engagement, process analysis and business improvement, you'll help strengthen governance, improve consistency and support data-informed decision-making across the NFAEP.
