Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This position is essential for driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes.




- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing and training for new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
