We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of business solutions. ? Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders ?

Assist in mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

Support the preparation of functional specifications and business documentation

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout project lifecycles

Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate business requirements

Monitor project progress and assist in tracking deliverables and timelines

Maintain project documentation and ensure information accuracy

Support continuous process improvement initiatives across business functions

? Qualifications

Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC is preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus

Internship or project experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement is preferred
