As a Business Consultant – Peptides, you'll work directly with business owners, founders and healthcare providers to establish, commercialise and scale peptide-focused healthcare businesses. This is a consulting role where no two projects are the same. One week you might be designing a telehealth operating model, the next optimising clinic workflows, developing scalable business systems, or helping clients prepare for growth.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver practical outcomes that make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing

Deliver consulting projects from business concept through to clinic launch and growth

Design scalable telehealth and clinic operating models

Improve operational workflows and patient journeys

Support business growth, commercialisation and service expansion strategies

Develop operational documentation, SOPs and business frameworks





Coordinate multiple client projects while ensuring quality outcomes

Build trusted relationships with healthcare entrepreneurs and industry partners

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and profitability About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have experience in business consulting, healthcare operations or commercial strategy and enjoy helping organisations grow. We're particularly interested in people who have experience in one or more of the following:

Healthcare consulting

Telehealth

Private healthcare or medical clinics

Healthcare operations

Longevity or wellness

Pharmacy

Medicinal cannabis

Allied health

Healthcare startups You'll also bring:

Strong commercial and operational thinking

Excellent project and stakeholder management skills

Experience improving business processes or service delivery

Confidence working directly with clients and senior decision-makers

Outstanding communication skills The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
