Business Development Manager – Workforce Australia Program

APM are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in our Workforce Australia program, with the aim of placing participants into sustainable employment.

While experience within the Employment Services sector is highly regarded, if you have great communications skills and experience in sales, building networks, agency recruitment and/or training, this could be your new career!

This role will be working across the sunny Gold Coast, QLD.

A day in the life of a Business Development Manager

- No longer will you sit in an office day‑in, day‑out; you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers.
- Develop and maintain employer and community networks.
- Work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment.
- Revel in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.




- Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements.
- Comply with compliance and database input requirements.
