Working across Queensland, you'll partner with some of Australia's leading dermatologists, cosmetic doctors, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, nurses, practice managers, dermal clinicians and skin clinics, helping grow market share while developing long-term strategic relationships.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Growing sales across an established Queensland territory while identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and managing relationships with exciting and recent Dermatologists, Cosmetic Doctors, Plastic Surgeons, General Practitioners, Practice Managers, Cosmetic Nurses, Dermal Therapists and leading aesthetic clinics.
- Presenting innovative medical aesthetic technologies through product demonstrations and clinical discussions.
- Working closely with customers and internal training manger. to support product implementation, education and ongoing commercial success.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic territory growth plans.
- Representing the company at industry conferences,



educational events and exhibitions- locally and high performers, internationally.
- Maintaining a high level of market intelligence and competitor awareness.

About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Ideally experience in field-based Sales, Business Development or Medical Sales.
- Ideally a background within medical devices, healthcare, wellness, pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics, skincare or professional beauty.
- Existing relationships within dermatology, cosmetic medicine, plastic surgery, aesthetic clinics or healthcare will be highly regarded, although not essential.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for developing new business.
- Confidence presenting products and building credibility with healthcare professionals.
- The ability to work autonomously while managing a large Queensland territory.
