We’re looking for a full time Business Development Manager based in Victoria. In this role, you will:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline

Prepare proposals and deliver client presentations

Negotiate pricing and contracts

Work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts





Represent Kulbardi’s values in all client and stakeholder interactions About You:

Experience in business development, sales or account management

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Confidence presenting to corporate and government clients

Experience with lead generation, pipeline management and CRM systems

Sound commercial, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet targets An interest in Indigenous procurement, social impact and supplier diversity

Experience with workplace supplies or corporate and government procurement is beneficial but not essential
