The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

- Managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients across various industries
- Providing business advisory and tax solutions beyond traditional compliance
- Building trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance engagements
- Identifying opportunities for tax planning and value-add advisory services
- Working closely with Partners on client strategies and business decisions
- Mentoring and supporting junior accountants within the team
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice

About You

You will ideally have





- 5+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
- Strong Business Services and Tax experience
- Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
- CA/CPA qualified (preferred) or equivalent public practice experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Confident communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with Partners and senior leaders
