About this role

Our growing Private Advisory (Business Services) team is looking for an Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our vibrant, friendly Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

- Preparation of accounts, tax returns, BAS, FBT and payroll tax returns for a broad range of clients, from SMEs to large companies.
- Assist with tax and accounting advice.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Monitor, review and liaise with clients regarding compliance requirements.
- Provide development, coaching and mentoring opportunities to less experienced team members as required.

Skills and experience

- Qualification(s) and/or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s).
- Have commenced (or planning to commence) a CA qualification.
- Significant professional experience in business and tax advisory within a chartered accounting setting.




- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a desire to go ‘above and beyond’ to delight your customers.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities within a deadline-driven workplace.
