Titanium Caravans, are seeking passionate and skilled Internal Finisher to join our dynamic team in Epping, Victoria. As a Caravan Internal finisher, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of our high-quality caravans. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company.
What you'll be doing
- Install internal caravan components including:
- Cabinets and joinery
- Benches and furniture
- Appliances and fittings
- Flooring and wall panels
- Plumbing fixtures and accessories
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and measurements.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and finishing tasks as required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and secure workshop environment.
- Work collaboratively with production and assembly teams to meet deadlines.
- Identify and report defects, material shortages, or production issues.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a caravan manufacturing role specifically internal finishing, preferably in the caravan or recreational vehicle industry
- Proficient in the use of hand tools,
power tools, and other specialised equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- A keen interest in the caravan and recreational vehicle industry
