What you will be doing The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The case manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is desirable.

Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.

Skills - Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Competencies - Analytical skills: ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.

- Attention to detail: strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving: ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Empathy: understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.
