ATÓRA Training is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Coach to join our team. This is an opportunity to work within a premium, high-performance group training workplace focused on results, accountability, and strong community.
About the role
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic and structured group training sessions to a wide range of members. This role requires a strong coaching presence, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality group training sessions in a safe and effective manner
- Coach and correct movement to improve performance and reduce injury risk
- Drive energy, engagement, and culture on the gym floor
- Support members with progression, consistency, and accountability
- Assist in the development and delivery of structured training programs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the training space and equipment
- Build strong relationships with members and provide a high level of customer service
- Stay up to date with training methods, industry trends, and equipment
- Contribute to team meetings and overall business growth
About you
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a coaching or group training environment
- Strong understanding of exercise science and programming principles
- Confident leading group sessions with clear communication and presence
- High energy with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse member base
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Current CPR & First Aid certification must be held at commencement
