Casual Retail Assistant – MD Car Care

Casual | 15–20 Hours Per Week | Moreton Bay

MD Car Care is looking for a motivated, reliable and energetic Retail Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role involving customer service, warehouse duties, order packing and social media. You'll need to be a fast learner, follow instructions well, work both independently and as part of a close-knit team, and take pride in your work.

Your Role

- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders
- Tape boxes and prepare shipments
- Serve customers in-store, by phone, email and text
- Cash handling and restocking shelves
- General cleaning and warehouse organisation
- Create social media content (TikTok, YouTube & Facebook)
- Confident appearing on camera
- Occasionally assist with car detailing

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

- Friendly,



outgoing and customer focused
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg)
- Neat, organised and has excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable and punctual
- Confident reading, writing and communicating with customers
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport

Highly Regarded

- Retail experience
- Knowledge of car care products or pressure washer fittings and hose sizes
