We’re partnering with a well-known retail organisation undertaking a large-scale core system replacement that will transform how the business operates end-to-end. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Change Lead to define and deliver the change strategy from early mobilisation through to implementation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the change approach across a complex enterprise environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure lasting outcomes.

The Role

- Lead the end-to-end change strategy for a major core system replacement
- Establish change frameworks, governance, and delivery approach from the ground up
- Partner with senior leaders to align business readiness with transformation objectives
- Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies
- Guide implementation and embed sustainable change across the organisation

About You

- Proven experience leading change strategy for large,



complex enterprise transformations
- Robust track record delivering core system replacement or ERP-style programs
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs (circa $50M–$80M+)
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at executive level
- Background in retail or FMCG highly regarded
