Categories: Administration, Business and Management, Information/Communication Technology, Project and Program Management - Department for Health and Wellbeing – Digital Health SA – Business Transformation - PMO - Salary: $116,089 to $125,490– ASO7 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months Overview - The Change Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing effective change management, communications and training strategies, plans and initiatives for all allocated project(s) under the SA health digital portfolio - Lead and undertake the identification and analysis of project issues and develop, implement and evaluate strategies and plans that address process improvement, solution upgrades and/or user training and development, including engaging broadly across SA Health portfolios to identify potential digital and process solutions and synergies to address project issues.

- Lead or conduct change and risk evaluations on business process and system change requirements including analysing a range of complex information, and qualitative and quantitative data, to identify and implement minimisation measures for potential risks and impacts.
