Key Responsibilities and Position Description

As the Chaplain, you will provide pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and support to students and staff,



ensuring they have the resources and guidance to share the Gospel, strengthen their faith and moral values. The Chaplain is appointed by the Board in consultation with the Principal. The Chaplain shall be a communicant member of the Presbyterian Church (or of equivalent status within another Protestant denomination) who is active in the congregation and who adheres to the Westminster Confession of Faith read in the light of the Declaratory Statement of 1901.

This is a part‑time position – 3 days/ week during school terms earning $39600 pa.

It is expected that applicants will also,

- Be qualified – ordination or recognised credentials as a Chaplain
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate the Gospel into the curriculum
- Organise and facilitate Christian education programs/groups, camps and Bible studies
- Lead devotions, prayer, assemblies; participate in school event
