About the Role We have an exciting prospect for a Client Services Administrator to join our Accounting and Business Advisory division. This is a newly created role, reflecting the continued growth of our client base and the team supporting them. As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the division, providing administrative support across a range of functions and helping our team deliver an excellent client experience.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Tax administration including collating and sending:
- Tax Returns
- Activity Statements
- FBT returns
- FuseSign administration
- Assisting with ATO lodgements
- Preparing, reviewing and sending invoices
- Database management including inputting and removing clients
- Filing, scanning & archiving
- Typing and correspondence
- Adhoc reception relief
What we are looking for
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and a confident professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Problem solving and change management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in an office administration role is highly regarded
