Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an operationally and customer-focused Client Relationship Managerto join our Sydney Customer Services department based at Horsley Park, NSW.

This role will primarily involve:

- Managing a set portfolio of clients
- Regular customer contact via telephone, web and face to face
- Internal and external reporting
- Increasing and growing client potential
- Working with all internal stakeholders and vendors
- Providing logistical solutions for freight movements





The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in a similar account management position or customer services background in a freight forwarding / logistics organization
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, particularly excel, outlook and word
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be honest and reliable
- Be well presented
