SANY is one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction and heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, and concrete machinery. As part of our continued growth in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our Australia office located in Perth WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote financing solutions to end customers and support sales conversion
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal sales teams and dealers
- Conduct preliminary credit screening and support credit assessment processes
- Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure proper coverage of financed assets
- Monitor customer payments and manage overdue accounts
- Prepare and execute financing agreements and related documentation
- Support reporting and administrative tasks in collaboration with HQ
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Chinese Mandarin skills are essential to liaise with HQ
