The Role

As our Senior Client Services Manager, you'll take ownership of the loan process and ensure every application progresses efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple loan applications simultaneously while acting as the primary point of contact between clients, lenders, brokers and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential home loan applications from submission through to settlement.
- Review and package loan applications to ensure they are lender-ready.
- Liaise daily with lenders, BDMs, credit assessors, solicitors, conveyancers and valuers.
- Coordinate valuations, pricing requests and outstanding lending conditions.
- Monitor application progress and proactively resolve any issues that arise.




- Keep clients updated throughout every stage of the lending journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance documentation.
- Support Mortgage Brokers by ensuring files are prepared to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a busy pipeline.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Client Services Manager, Loan Processor, Credit Analyst or Mortgage Administrator within mortgage broking or banking.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing residential home loan applications.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end mortgage lending process.
- Experience working with lender policies and servicing calculators.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to solve problems independently.
- Experience using CRM systems such as MyCRM, Mercury Nexus, ApplyOnline or similar is highly regarded.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this position.
