We advocate for shared decision-making, collaborative relationships, compassionate and person-centred leadership, and supporting cutting-edge practices. The purpose of the position is to support client health and wellbeing needs presenting to the service by using advanced nursing skills and culturally responsive care to support the health and wellbeing outcomes of Aboriginal children and their families, who may experience barriers in accessing health services.
