What You'll Bring

To hit the ground running, you'll need:

- A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proven experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, and/or education support
- A genuine passion for fostering continuous learning and improving clinical outcomes
- The drive to support and strengthen workforce development at every level
