Role Description The Community Manager / Social Media Coordinator role is a part-time, remote position focused on building and engaging ADH’s online community. This role is responsible for planning and publishing content across social media channels, monitoring brand mentions, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and skilled manner.

The Community

Manager / Social Media Coordinator will manage editorial calendars, support digital campaigns, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging that reflects ADH’s brand and services. Day-to-day tasks include creating posts and stories, tracking performance metrics, reporting insights, and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, logistics and chemical/food sector developments, and best practices in community management and social media communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, community engagement, and content scheduling across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Candidates should possess skills in content creation,



copywriting, and basic visual editing (e.g., image and short video preparation) tailored to a professional B2B audience.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytics and reporting, including monitoring follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance using social media and web analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital communication and online customer service, including handling inquiries, moderating discussions, and escalating issues when needed.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is highly beneficial for local audience engagement.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in social media, community management, digital marketing, or related roles; experience in logistics, chemical, or food industries is an advantage.
